The entire world is fighting an unprecedented war against coronavirus. The fact is no country around the globe was prepared to fight a pandemic. Every pharmaceutical company is burning the midnight oil to come up with a medicine that can eradicate coronavirus from its roots. Eat Immunity-Boosting Foods & Vitamins

Before the arrival of the pandemic, no one had ever recommended you to take oral supplements. But, coronavirus has left us with no other option but to have them. It is advisable to consume immunity-boosting vegetables, such as green leafy vegetables, broccoli, carrot, sweet potatoes, spinach, tomato. Other than that, fruits like mango, strawberries and citrus fruits are of great help to improve immunity to fight against coronavirus. These foods are a rich source of minerals like zinc, selenium and magnesium, and also contain vitamins A, C, D, and E which boost immunity to a great extent.

Take Proper Sleep

Well, there is no defined rule for sleep, but doctors have always suggested taking at least 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep to stay healthy and energised. Plus, it is the easiest way to improve immunity to fight against coronavirus. When we sleep, our body automatically gets recovered from the physical stress our body has taken the entire day and recovers itself from the energy loss. Unhealthy sleeping patterns and lack of sleep leaves the body lethargic and exhausted. This not just put extra strain on the body but also adversely affect the immune system. Do Moderate Exercise

Exercise is one of the best ways to improve immunity to fight against coronavirus. When we involve our body in physical activities, we tend to sweat profusely which ultimately flushes out the harmful toxins from our body. Depending on age and stamina, it is appropriate to do some sort of exercise at home which may include moderate jogging on the spot, rope-skipping, push-ups, and front plank. But make sure that you are not exercising too much as you may put extra stress on your body and may degrade your immune system.
